Designs, implements, monitors, secures, and supports LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, load balancers, and web application firewalls. Troubleshoots complex network issues, manages certificates and firmware, improves availability and performance, supports cloud and infrastructure-as-code deployments, documents incidents and configurations, and communicates network risks and status to stakeholders.
