Build, maintain, and improve production internal applications for claims, QA, and sales teams using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, database migrations, third-party integrations, deployment with Docker and GitHub Actions, authentication support, and monitoring LLM- and AI-agent functionality.

Design, implement, monitor, and maintain the company LAN/WAN infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and load balancers; manage SSL/TLS certificates; troubleshoot network faults; perform firmware updates; implement monitoring and SNMP; automate infrastructure via Terraform/ARM/Azure CLI/PowerShell; document systems and report status to stakeholders.

Design and maintain SQL Server databases and T‑SQL stored procedures; build and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines; troubleshoot and performance‑tune queries; collaborate with software engineers and data scientists; gather stakeholder requirements; monitor database health and respond to failures; learn new skills as needed. Conduct initial phone conversations with prospective customers to collect key information, qualify leads, and hand them off to Sales. Maintain product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, follow scripted processes, and perform other assigned tasks. The Pre-Sales Screener Representative engages prospective customers, qualifies leads, and facilitates handoffs to the Sales team while maintaining a positive customer experience.
