Designs, implements, monitors, secures, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and load balancers. Administers web application firewalls and SSL/TLS certificates, maintains firmware, supports cloud networking and infrastructure-as-code automation, monitors devices, documents incidents, and communicates network risks and status to stakeholders.

Build, deploy, support, and modernize production full-stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core. Troubleshoot issues, optimize SQL queries and application performance, manage integrations with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, and vendor APIs, and maintain authentication systems. Support AI-enabled features using large language models and AI agents, while containerizing and deploying applications with Docker and GitHub Actions. This is a fully on-site role requiring independent feature development and durable production fixes.

Designs and enhances SQL Server databases, writes SQL and Transact-SQL procedures, manages ETL and ELT pipelines, troubleshoots data issues, optimizes database performance, monitors system health, and collaborates with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to support scalable data flows and reporting.

Conduct initial phone conversations with prospective customers to collect key information, qualify leads, and hand them off to Sales. Maintain product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, follow scripted processes, and perform other assigned tasks. The Pre-Sales Screener Representative engages prospective customers, qualifies leads, and facilitates handoffs to the Sales team while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The Inside Sales Representative assists customers with vehicle coverage options, handles inbound calls, and closes leads to drive sales performance.
