Build, maintain, and improve production internal applications for claims, QA, and sales teams using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, database migrations, third-party integrations, deployment with Docker and GitHub Actions, authentication support, and monitoring LLM- and AI-agent functionality.

Design, implement, monitor, and maintain the company LAN/WAN infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and load balancers; manage SSL/TLS certificates; troubleshoot network faults; perform firmware updates; implement monitoring and SNMP; automate infrastructure via Terraform/ARM/Azure CLI/PowerShell; document systems and report status to stakeholders.

Design and maintain SQL Server databases and T‑SQL stored procedures; build and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines; troubleshoot and performance‑tune queries; collaborate with software engineers and data scientists; gather stakeholder requirements; monitor database health and respond to failures; learn new skills as needed.
