Supervise and execute quality activities on production lines: perform audits and inspections, ensure adherence to standards and customer specifications, teach and mentor quality personnel, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, write standard work, and support receiving, weld, paint, and assembly inspections.

Supervise and coach finishing production team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Assign work, train and discipline staff, ensure materials availability, enforce policies, identify productivity improvements, and provide hands-on support and leadership.
