Organize and move materials within trailers under construction, assemble components, perform rework and refinishing, prepare parts, use hand and power tools, and maintain clean production areas. The role requires attention to detail, organization, teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic mechanical skills. Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Supervise and execute quality activities on production lines: perform audits and inspections, ensure adherence to standards and customer specifications, teach and mentor quality personnel, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, write standard work, and support receiving, weld, paint, and assembly inspections.
