Operate assigned production machines, load and unload materials, monitor machine performance, inspect finished components using measuring tools, meet daily output targets, report defects or breakdowns, follow safety and housekeeping procedures, assist with cleaning and preventive maintenance, and maintain production records. The role accepts freshers and provides training and growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and Siemens NX. Prepare manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, fits, and welding symbols; support product development, trials, and design modifications. Coordinate with production, quality, and tooling teams, resolve design and manufacturing issues, maintain revisions and technical records, and recommend improvements to quality, productivity, and cost.

Operate, program, troubleshoot, and maintain Yaskawa robotic systems in a weld-shop production environment. Monitor production lines, balance processes, analyze breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, improve processes, and support quality, uptime, and production targets. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams while applying knowledge of HMI and PLC systems.

Program, debug, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic; integrate and troubleshoot robots and PLCs; diagnose SCADA/HMI communications; troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and field devices; optimize automated welding processes; manage PLC backups and documentation; handle breakdowns to reduce downtime; and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.

Manage and support factory IT infrastructure, including hardware, Windows systems, networks, firewalls, servers, SQL databases, CCTV, backups, cybersecurity, and end-user support. Maintain IT assets, documentation, access controls, licenses, and disaster recovery procedures. Coordinate vendors, procurement, repairs, and maintenance while monitoring system availability and security. Recommend infrastructure improvements and support ERP, digital transformation, automation, and new technology initiatives.

Lead the plant-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control function for automotive steel wheel and rim manufacturing. Manage QA, QC, incoming, in-process, and final inspection teams; ensure IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer compliance; drive zero-defect and continuous-improvement initiatives; lead audits and customer complaint resolution; monitor quality KPIs; implement APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, CAPA, and root-cause methods; improve supplier and process quality; and develop the quality team.

Manages time office and HR operations, including attendance, shift scheduling, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, employee records, onboarding, statutory compliance, contractor documentation, HR MIS reporting, grievances, and engagement activities. Coordinates manpower planning and shift deployment with production and department leaders while ensuring accurate workforce data and adherence to organizational policies and labor requirements.
