Build and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions for dealer and buyer processes. Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce; design Salesforce integrations with backend systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven flows. Own data modeling, platform configuration, technical debt reduction, monitoring, release management, deployments, and architecture decisions within agile sprints. Collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor developers, and use AI tools in daily development.

Own and enhance the two-way synchronization service between Salesforce and the core platform. Build custom Salesforce features, migrate Aura and Visualforce code to modern solutions, improve performance, maintain data integrity, reduce technical debt, evaluate Salesforce releases, document systems, and mentor team members while collaborating with a distributed engineering team.
