Establish engineering standards across AWS infrastructure, SageMaker, feature stores, CI/CD, and Terraform while mentoring and reviewing colleagues’ work.

Build and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce. Design two-way REST API and Platform Event integrations with core backend systems, model transaction data, manage configuration versus custom development, reduce technical debt, and ensure platform reliability through monitoring and release practices. Collaborate in agile sprints, contribute to architecture decisions, and support secure, maintainable deployments.
