Teams at Carmeuse

Manages existing customer accounts and processes inbound sales opportunities, including quoting, pricing, product recommendations, prospecting, relationship development, and account growth. Maintains customer and competitor data, oversees forecasts and sales budgets, gathers market intelligence, and supports sales strategy execution. Requires collaboration with operations, management, vendors, and strategic marketing teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Leads corporate HR strategy and programs, partnering with senior leadership on employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, change management, and HR analytics. Oversees HR initiatives, compliance programs, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational transitions, team development, budgets, and HR service improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and employment laws.

Supports kiln operations through sample collection and analysis, equipment calibration, area inspections, housekeeping, greasing, material hauling, and routine maintenance assistance. Monitors kiln feed and lime bins, operates a loader when needed, completes checklists, identifies safety or equipment issues, and reports larger problems to operators or management. Works rotating 12-hour shifts and may cover other kiln assistant duties.
