An entry-level management trainee program focused on learning minerals processing, production operations, safety, quality, maintenance, employee relations, finance, sales, supply chain, and engineering. The trainee participates in continuous improvement, budgeting, reporting, meetings, goal setting, and workforce management while preparing for a future production leadership role. Relocation based on organizational needs is required.

Coordinates customer orders, truck dispatch, outbound deliveries, and transportation resources across regional aggregate locations. Manages SAP sales and shipment orders, carrier relationships, freight invoice reconciliation, and service issue resolution. Supports retail yard optimization, cost-effective transportation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organization, and conflict-resolution skills, along with transportation or logistics experience and periodic travel.

Operates, monitors, and controls industrial equipment used to process, store, and load lime products. Performs housekeeping, manual cleanup, basic maintenance, lubrication, inspections, troubleshooting, and mobile equipment operation. Supports Plant Operators and other team members, communicates maintenance issues, follows safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures, and works rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
