Leads Caritas Australia's mission across the Wagga Wagga diocese through education, advocacy, fundraising, ecological justice initiatives and community partnerships. Builds relationships with Catholic schools, parishes, volunteers and diocesan representatives; delivers presentations, workshops and events; represents Caritas at diocesan activities; and collaborates with internal teams on communications and supporter engagement. This casual role averages approximately 3.75 hours per week.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of supporter systems and data for fundraising. Translate business needs into specs and user stories, configure systems, manage projects end-to-end, drive automation, embed data governance, support adoption and provide data extraction, analysis and reporting as needed.

Builds relationships with Catholic schools, parishes, volunteers, and diocesan authorities; develops parish representative networks; delivers presentations, workshops, and events; and represents the organization at diocesan activities. The role is part-time, hybrid, and requires faith-based community engagement, strong communication skills, and relevant safeguarding checks.

Lead administration and development of Salesforce NPSP, Marketing Cloud and related supporter systems. Build automations and integrations, manage data governance, support campaign delivery, train users, and improve system reliability and usability.
