Deliver Project Compassion, emergency appeals, and other community fundraising campaigns. Build relationships with community fundraisers, schools, parishes, and supporters while contributing to campaign strategy, digital fundraising, supporter engagement, and income growth. Coordinate campaign activities, use supporter insights to improve fundraising, and conduct proactive outreach by phone and other channels. The role is hybrid, based in Mascot, Australia.

Leads Caritas Australia's mission across the Wagga Wagga diocese through education, advocacy, fundraising, ecological justice initiatives and community partnerships. Builds relationships with Catholic schools, parishes, volunteers and diocesan representatives; delivers presentations, workshops and events; represents Caritas at diocesan activities; and collaborates with internal teams on communications and supporter engagement. This casual role averages approximately 3.75 hours per week.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of supporter systems and data for fundraising. Translate business needs into specs and user stories, configure systems, manage projects end-to-end, drive automation, embed data governance, support adoption and provide data extraction, analysis and reporting as needed.
