Provides comprehensive clinical nutrition assessment, intervention, monitoring, education, and enteral nutrition management for adults in a neurorehabilitation setting. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and families to support nutritional health, rehabilitation goals, dysphagia management, diabetes care, safe discharge, and continuity of care. Documents nutrition services, prioritizes workloads across programs, participates in rounds and discharge planning, and adapts education to clients’ cognitive, communication, and functional needs.

Provides leadership in clinical education for complex mental health and continuing care staff. Develops, delivers, and evaluates educational programs using nursing theory and adult learning principles. Supports evidence-based practice, quality improvement, standards of care, and clinical guidance for staff and students. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, leadership, families, learners, and external partners while promoting person-centered, trauma-informed care and effective teamwork.

Leads quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across clinical teams. Develops and implements evidence-based guidelines, protocols, workflows, and system changes; evaluates outcomes and supports sustainable improvements. Collaborates with physicians, care teams, and internal and external stakeholders, while conducting case reviews, facilitating groups, analyzing data, supporting accreditation, and advancing professional practice, knowledge translation, and organizational change.

Provides reception and clerical support at a healthcare site. Greets visitors, answers and directs calls, prepares correspondence and reports, manages office supplies, schedules rooms and appointments, performs data entry, maintains policy materials, processes payments, and manages resident trust accounts and cash handling.

Review and maintain nutritional data for commissary menus and recipes, ensure compliance with standards and diet requirements, liaise with site RDs and food service managers, update software data, and support promotion of new menu items.
