Lead brand strategy and launch marketing for AlloHeme and the Cell Therapy & Transplant franchise. Lead end-to-end EMR integration and interoperability projects, coordinating technical, clinical, and client teams. Drive planning, testing, issue resolution (Redox, Mirth, Epic), QA, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization while advising on workflows, configuration best practices, and scalability.

Independently manage negotiation, execution, and oversight of clinical trial agreements, amendments, and study budgets. Partner with Clinical Ops, Finance, Legal, and Study Teams to ensure timely study start-up, budget accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Track contract status, mitigate financial risks, resolve payment disputes, and contribute to contracting standards and process improvements.

Lead and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for laboratory software. Create test plans, cases, traceability, and V&V reports aligned with QMS, HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA requirements. Collaborate with engineering, product, and regulatory teams, support release planning, quality gates, and risk assessments across multiple concurrent projects.

Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations including purchase order processing, inventory record maintenance in NetSuite, shipment tracking (domestic/international), cycle counts, supplier documentation, and continuous process improvements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Design, configure, and scale LIMS solutions to support end-to-end laboratory workflows. Act as technical SME for lab operations, build integrations and custom extensions, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deploy and validate systems.
