Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop. Partner with Finance and business units to gather requirements, automate recurring workflows, create reusable components, integrate with Microsoft services and third-party systems, document processes, and provide training and governance support.

Support CLIA-certified clinical laboratory staff under direct supervision: process and accession patient specimens, assist bench testing, perform instrument calibration and maintenance, enter and manage data in LIMS/spreadsheets, participate in QC/QA and materials management, document corrective actions, and follow regulatory and PHI confidentiality requirements.

Lead end-to-end EMR integration and interoperability projects, coordinating technical, clinical, and client teams. Drive planning, testing, issue resolution (Redox, Mirth, Epic), QA, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization while advising on workflows, configuration best practices, and scalability.
