Documents corrective actions, maintains confidentiality of protected health information, follows laboratory protocols and regulations, and escalates operational issues to laboratory leadership.

Lead scientific and technical strategy for NavDx product portfolio, driving assay development, analytical validation, translational research, and clinical evidence generation. Oversee cross-functional product teams, laboratory transfer, regulatory and reimbursement support, external collaborations, and team building to advance HPV-related and future oncology diagnostics from concept through clinical implementation and commercialization.
