Develop integrated promotional plans, customer engagement programs, cross-functional launch readiness, agency management, and metrics-driven optimization while ensuring compliance with MLR and regulatory requirements.

Lead and maintain the electronic Quality Management System and quality processes (CAPA, complaints, supplier control, audits) to ensure CLIA/FDA/GCLP compliance. Support batch record reviews, design control for LDTs, trainings, internal/external audits, and cross-functional quality guidance to promote continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Serve as the Coupa Procure-to-Pay Product Owner and procurement manager: define P2P operating model, own Coupa roadmap, enforce PO compliance and controls, lead supplier lifecycle and sourcing, drive process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to ensure cost-effective, compliant procurement.
