Manage day-to-day Austin workplace operations, facilities, A/V support, supplies, and space utilization. Drive product vision, roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to improve liquidity, hires, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Analytics to measure and optimize marketplace outcomes.

Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers and balance sheet/income statement reconciliations, prepare and analyze domestic and international expense accruals, partner with cross-functional teams for estimates and variance resolution, support month-end close, and identify process and reporting improvements.

Sell CareBenefits to small-market employers (up to 1,000 employees); generate new business, build broker and C-level relationships, manage pipeline in Salesforce, negotiate and close deals, meet revenue quotas, and analyze sales metrics.

Lead DevOps engineer responsible for designing, automating, and operating Care.com’s cloud infrastructure. Develop and maintain IaC, support CI/CD pipelines, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, mentor junior engineers, and author infrastructure documentation while collaborating with Security and Architecture teams.

Support FP&A for Care.com's Out Of Home product line by building and maintaining complex financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Monitor metrics and trends, prepare weekly reports for senior leadership, partner with business leaders to meet deadlines, analyze operational issues, recommend solutions, and lead ad hoc finance projects.

Lead analytics work partnering with Enterprise Network and Servicing Operations to analyze performance, improve reporting, mentor analysts, own metrics, run deep-dive analyses, and deliver executive-ready insights and dashboards to drive product and operational decisions.

Lead pricing, plan presentment, and checkout optimization to drive subscription sign-ups and revenue. Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments, leverage advanced analytics and behavioral data to optimize plan mix, lifetime value, and profitability. Support the FP&A team by building and maintaining financial models, monitoring key metrics, preparing weekly operational and forecast reports, assisting budgets and business plans, identifying operational issues, and supporting ad hoc finance projects while meeting deadlines and communicating insights across teams.

Perform daily accounts receivable operations including cash application (ACH, wires, checks, cards), invoicing, collections outreach, unapplied cash resolution, reconciliations, month-end support, journal entries, AR reporting, SOX-compliant audit support, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve billing disputes and improve working capital.

Support FP&A with forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial models. Analyze metrics and trends, prepare weekly reports for senior management, partner with business leaders, and lead ad hoc projects to solve operational issues.
