Operate and troubleshoot a pilot plant manufacturing process, supervise installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing, and coordinate site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins. Prepare operating manuals, manage workforce planning, support KPI achievement, and enforce HSE standards. The role requires shift work, root-cause analysis, and hands-on PLC/DCS operation, with chemical engineering expertise and field experience in chemical, oil and gas, fertilizer, or similar plants.

Supports capital raising, strategic partnerships, M&A, and inorganic growth through financial modelling, valuation, diligence, investor materials, and transaction analysis. Builds project, corporate, and product-level models; performs scenario and sensitivity analysis; supports FP&A and strategic planning; coordinates advisers and diligence processes; and translates complex information into executive-ready recommendations. Also mentors analysts, coordinates workstreams, and develops partnerships across the energy-transition ecosystem.
