Own end-to-end B2B sales cycles for legal services, qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, re-engage inactive clients, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting. The role requires quota achievement, high-volume deal management, confident communication with business leaders and legal counsel, and strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Own business development for Western Canada by building pipelines among General Counsel, legal operations, and C-suite buyers. Conduct outbound campaigns, lead discovery meetings, pitches, and RFP responses, close complex legal services mandates, expand existing accounts, represent the firm at industry events, and manage quota, CRM activity, and forecasting.

Independently manage complex employment and labour matters, including litigation, administrative proceedings, dispute resolution, employment advice, risk management, and drafting legal documents. Advise corporate clients on workplace issues, policies, terminations, compensation, compliance, and employment-related disputes. Conduct discoveries, motions, mediations, hearings, negotiations, and settlement work while providing practical, business-focused legal counsel.
