Serve as the primary compliance advisor for client and expert engagements: review and negotiate contracts, perform due diligence, risk and data privacy assessments, lead onboarding compliance and security reviews, escalate risks, and improve compliance processes, controls, training, and reporting to support business operations.

Lead a portfolio of consulting clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and account growth. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team; recruit subject-matter experts; execute time-sensitive research engagements; improve workflows and operational efficiency; collaborate cross-functionally and support global expansion, occasionally outside standard business hours.

Manage end-to-end client engagements: identify and recruit subject-matter experts, coordinate consultations and research plans, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, make expert selection and scheduling decisions, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
