Manage and grow a portfolio of business Members through field-based account management, relationship building, risk assessment, insurance recommendations, retention, and new business development. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, advising business owners, maintaining compliance and accurate records, managing a territory autonomously, traveling regularly, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

The role requires regular territory travel, autonomous portfolio management, compliance, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Develop and deliver external and corporate communications strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include writing and editing executive communications, media releases, speeches, reports, articles and leadership messaging; coordinating annual, ESG and research reports; supporting media engagement; and managing complex communications projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
