Manage and grow public sector accounts (central/local government, healthcare, education) via framework-led selling. Drive revenue and margin targets, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, lead pre-tender strategy, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure procurement compliance and contract delivery.

Manage end-to-end logistics including 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, final‑mile and customs. Oversee transport costs, invoice validation, inventory performance, KPI/SLA reporting, and operational escalations. Drive cost‑saving and continuous improvement projects, support supplier contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach team members to maintain high operational standards.
