Operates radiologic equipment to obtain diagnostic images as directed by physicians. Instructs patients on procedures, maintains images in the electronic system, cleans examination rooms and equipment, and maintains equipment registrations. Requires completion of an accredited radiology training program, ARRT certification, and a current Tennessee or Mississippi license. Basic computer skills are required; one year of experience is preferred. This is a part-time position working Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments across locations and providers using phone, portal, referral, and EMR/EHR systems. Evaluates clinical needs and predetermined criteria to assign appropriate appointment timing and physician. Handles patient calls and portal messages, coordinates with medical staff, processes referrals, and meets call-volume targets while maintaining accurate, timely, and customer-focused service.

Manages patient accounts from charge entry through resolution, including registration, insurance verification, precertification, patient balance inquiries, payment plans, surgery scheduling, cash reporting, deposits, and correspondence with patients and payors. Also maintains charts, distributes surgery schedules, receives deliveries, and supports daily clinic operations.

Provides front-desk and business office support for a physical therapy clinic. Schedules and cancels appointments, greets patients, manages calls and messages, processes intake forms, verifies insurance benefits, communicates financial responsibility, collects payments, enters charges, reconciles accounts, manages Athena claim workflows, and balances the cash drawer. Coordinates between the Business Office and Physical Therapy staff to ensure patient eligibility and billing documentation are complete.
