Provide nursing care during nerve block procedures in an outpatient surgery center: prepare patients and supplies, assist physician, manage moderate sedation, monitor and document care, and assist in PACU/post-anesthesia as needed.

Designs, applies, removes, and adjusts casts, splints, soft goods and other orthopedic devices per physician direction; prepares patients, performs suture removal and dressing changes, maintains supplies, sterilization, and patient logs, and completes casting training within 90 days.

Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments across multiple locations and providers. Reviews clinical needs and referral information to assign patients appropriately, triages scheduling urgency, manages portal requests and messages, handles incoming and outbound calls, and coordinates with physicians and medical staff. The role also monitors hospital and community referrals, follows scheduling guidelines, and meets call-volume expectations.
