Provide front-desk patient registration and billing: greet patients, collect documentation and payments, enter charges and diagnosis into practice management/medical record systems same day, schedule and cancel appointments, reconcile payments, maintain cash drawer, obtain precertifications, and ensure billing slips and claims are processed.

Manage and administer the workers' compensation program: coordinate case management, assist physicians and employees with complex workers' comp cases, maintain case records and reports, prepare impairment rating charts, provide staff training, and liaise with external parties to support return-to-work and resolve compensation issues.
