Manages the overall operation, profitability, occupancy, retention, customer experience, and regulatory compliance of a multifamily community. Leads, recruits, coaches, and develops onsite teams; creates strategic plans; oversees marketing, resident relations, financial performance, expenses, and vendor interactions. The role may also support new development or rehabilitation projects and requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, extended hours, and periodic travel.

Oversee property accounting for operating real estate results, acquisitions, and dispositions. Lead accounting policy compliance, internal reporting, audits, budgeting support, SEC filing support, and SOX controls. Manage and mentor accounting managers and staff while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Treasury, IT, and Operations. Drive process transformation, change management, workflow adoption, and efficiency improvements across a high-volume accounting environment.

Performs capital expenditure accounting, including invoice review, capitalization policy compliance, construction draw processing, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, depreciation analysis, and month-end, quarterly, and year-end close activities. Uses Oracle ERP to manage fixed assets and CapEx, resolves accounting issues, supports project reporting, and collaborates with Operations, Procurement, and Project Management to improve controls and accounting processes.

Customer Relations Advisors assist residents with leasing information, service requests, and maintain excellent customer relations through various communication channels. They manage calls effectively and work to meet departmental goals while providing high customer satisfaction.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise security controls across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity. Own vulnerability management, incident response, detection engineering, automation, and Microsoft/Azure security initiatives.
