Lead regional marketing for Camden's Charlotte and Nashville markets: analyze KPIs, develop and execute advertising and branding campaigns, manage digital/print collateral, enforce brand standards, mentor community teams on social media and reputation, coordinate photography/videography, conduct market analysis and focus groups, and manage regional marketing budgets to drive occupancy, leads, and renewals.

Design, build, and operate Camden's Microsoft Fabric data platform: implement workspaces, lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models; enforce governance, CI/CD, backup/DR, capacity tuning, monitoring, and integrations to Power BI and AI. Partner with BI, Application Development, and AI teams to deliver trusted datasets, operational integrations, and runbooks.

Lead and coach an application development team to design, deliver, and support enterprise web/API/database applications. Own intake, prioritization, architecture, code quality, CI/CD, production support, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communication while partnering with security, infrastructure, and compliance to ensure resilient, SOX-aligned solutions.
