Oversee leasing and sales operations across one or more multifamily communities, supervise and train leasing staff, set and drive sales and retention goals, implement company initiatives, monitor CRM and performance dashboards, and manage resident relations and administrative tasks.

Design, build, and operate Camden's Microsoft Fabric data platform: implement workspaces, lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models; enforce governance, CI/CD, backup/DR, capacity tuning, monitoring, and integrations to Power BI and AI. Partner with BI, Application Development, and AI teams to deliver trusted datasets, operational integrations, and runbooks.
