Leads sales operations across multifamily communities, supervises and develops leasing teams, establishes sales and revenue goals, monitors performance dashboards, improves processes, supports resident retention, and ensures company initiatives are implemented. The role requires coaching, customer service, market knowledge, administrative accuracy, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and occasional travel.
