Oversee the daily operation, profitability, occupancy, resident experience, compliance, and performance of a multifamily community. Lead, recruit, coach, and develop the onsite team; execute marketing and social media strategies; manage budgets, expenses, customer service, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and regulatory compliance. The role may also support community development or rehabilitation projects and requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, long hours, and periodic travel.

Manages corporate training, employee development, learning technology adoption, and enterprise engagement programs. Designs and facilitates training, leads a peer-led culture network, evaluates program outcomes, reports on participation and progress, and partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to address development gaps. Supervises a Learning Technology Specialist and ensures initiatives align with organizational goals and company values.

Oversee financial, administrative, resident services, facilities, vendor relationships, maintenance supervision, compliance, and community performance for a multifamily portfolio. Support the General Manager with staffing, employee development, resident relations, capital improvements, rehabilitation projects, accounting coordination, customer sentiment, occupancy, retention, expense management, and NOI goals. The role requires property management experience, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, schedule flexibility, and periodic travel.
