Senior Software Engineer will be a founding member of a Learner Experience pod owning end-to-end delivery: discovery, solution design, production, iteration and outcome measurement. Work across full stack with strong front-end/UX focus, use AI-assisted development, uphold TDD and code review standards, coach peers, and collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to shape impactful edtech features.

Sell Cambridge Spark's data and AI training solutions to mid-market UK enterprises. Prospect, qualify (MEDDICC), close new logos, expand accounts, produce forecasts, maintain HubSpot CRM, engage senior stakeholders, support bids/tenders and Levy Transfer partnerships, mentor juniors, and hit monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quotas.

Sell enterprise AI and data upskilling programmes to large Spanish corporations, owning full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close. Engage C-level stakeholders, attribute ROI to training, hit quarterly/yearly revenue targets, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and represent Cambridge Spark at events and client calls.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new enterprise revenue, engage with senior decision-makers, and execute growth strategies for Data and AI training solutions.

This role involves engaging with clients to promote AI training solutions, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer relationships while driving business transformation in the NHS and Public Sector.
