Own the accounting function across the parent company and subsidiaries, including month-end close, historical cleanup, chart of accounts redesign, deferred revenue, inventory and COGS accounting, intercompany consolidation, and acquisition integration. Lead the offshore accounting team, maintain policies and controls, manage audits, and ensure NetSuite remains the system of record. The role reports to the VP Finance and supports scaling the accounting organization.

Owns Cambium’s lifecycle and growth marketing motion, including customer communication, email, onboarding, expansion, re-engagement, advocacy, self-serve quote automation, and acquisition customer-base integration. The role builds lifecycle programs from the ground up, partners closely with Sales, manages HubSpot automation and reporting, develops customer advocacy, and leads a growing marketing team while driving expansion revenue and scalable post-acquisition processes.
