Owns Cambium’s lifecycle and growth marketing motion, including customer communication, email, onboarding, expansion, re-engagement, advocacy, self-serve quote automation, and acquisition customer-base integration. The role builds lifecycle programs from the ground up, partners closely with Sales, manages HubSpot automation and reporting, develops customer advocacy, and leads a growing marketing team while driving expansion revenue and scalable post-acquisition processes.

Own and build revenue operations: administer HubSpot and adjacent GTM tools, design full-funnel reporting and attribution, run weekly forecasting, define GTM processes and handoffs, partner with marketing and finance on quota/comp/recognition, and support acquisition data/process integrations.

Lead and scale engineering for logistics, chain-of-custody, fintech, inventory, and customer platforms. Own technical vision, architecture, standards, and cloud infrastructure; integrate hardware and software, apply AI/ML judiciously, and build a high-performing engineering organization aligned with product and business goals.

As SVP of Supply Chain, oversee supply chain development across millwork, mass timber, and furniture, managing suppliers and enhancing operational excellence.
