Leads large-scale capital and infrastructure projects from concept through completion at an operating plant. Oversees engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, project controls, budgets, schedules, change management, vendors, contractors, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, mentors engineers and project managers, reports to senior leadership, supports capital planning, and conducts post-project evaluations. Provides process engineering expertise for refinery operations, including unit monitoring, alarm rationalization, mass and energy balances, troubleshooting, process optimization, safety and environmental compliance, project feasibility, and engineering support during construction, startup, and turnarounds. The role focuses on improving yield, energy efficiency, reliability, product quality, and profitability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyzes and resolves complex accounts receivable issues, payment discrepancies, deductions, disputes, reconciliations, and customer risk.
