Leads large-scale capital and infrastructure projects from concept through completion at an operating plant. Oversees engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, project controls, budgets, schedules, change management, vendors, contractors, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, mentors engineers and project managers, reports to senior leadership, supports capital planning, and conducts post-project evaluations. The role requires managing multiple projects in oil, gas, or chemical environments and occasional travel to contractor and vendor locations.

Processes and administers vendor invoices, performs two-way and three-way matching, reconciles vendor statements, researches discrepancies, responds to vendor inquiries, supports weekly payments, maintains documentation, and helps improve accounts payable processes with Purchasing and plant personnel.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages customer collections, payment application, billing, credit approvals, account reconciliations, deductions, refunds, and credit-risk identification. The role processes ACH transactions, maintains customer records, supports audits, prepares monthly reports, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Master Data teams. It requires at least three years of accounts receivable experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. JD Edwards or SAP experience is preferred.
