Evaluate performance, durability, manufacturability, cost, risk, and schedule while documenting findings and contributing to product development improvements.

Manage customer order entry, changes and inquiries for key accounts and special programs; enforce sales program guidelines; maintain product availability records; create deliveries and coordinate with distribution center and production; process logo orders and artwork through approved workflows; provide customer service and support special projects.

Manages soft-goods product development from design concepts and tech packs through sampling, testing, costing, supplier execution, and final production. Coordinates with design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and program management teams; maintains product data in Centric PLM; manages development schedules and Asana tasks; evaluates materials, quality, manufacturing efficiency, and supplier performance; and resolves technical, costing, capacity, and testing issues.

Partners with Operations, Finance, IT, Product, Manufacturing Engineering, and Program Management to improve sourcing processes, ERP configuration, supplier reliability, and operational excellence. Negotiates agreements, oversees domestic and international subcontract suppliers, supports long-lead-time production deliveries, and ensures financial benefits are realized.

Build and maintain SQL views/tables in a cloud warehouse and develop Power BI semantic models and dashboards for supply chain and purchasing. Translate stakeholder needs into data models, identify data quality risks, present findings to diverse audiences, and train users on self-service analytics while partnering with IT and master data teams.
