Lead compensation strategy and administration: conduct market studies and benchmarking, design salary structures and job leveling, advise leaders, run annual review and bonus programs, support equity and executive compensation, model pay scenarios, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve compensation tools and processes.

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will analyze large-scale broadband data, develop and validate ML models, and integrate solutions into Calix Cloud, collaborating with teams for enhanced network intelligence and subscriber experience.

Lead territory and account strategies to sell the Calix platform to broadband service providers. Manage executive relationships, orchestrate cross-functional teams, drive complex multi-year deals, perform discovery, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets while traveling regionally (≈50–60%).

Lead the marketing strategy for Calix's Tier 1 and Tier 2 service provider solutions, focusing on messaging, customer engagement, and collaborative marketing efforts while ensuring technical fluency and effective storytelling.

Lead Calix's global compensation function, defining strategy, governance, and programs (salary, incentives, equity). Advise executives and the Board, manage compensation team, drive job architecture, market pricing, compliance, and compensation analytics, and support M&A and global expansion.

Design, develop, and maintain commerce and subscription systems. Build application features, implement subscription configurators, process orders/invoicing, automate subscription turn-up, manage entitlements, and support Sales/Order Management/Customer Operations.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to build financial value propositions and deal strategies for CSPs. Advise on pricing, licenses, and commercial models, enable sales teams, manage deal approvals and escalations, identify process improvements, and present deal economics to executives. Maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive closures and future business.

Serve as a senior strategic technology advisor between Managed Business and IT, develop multi-year roadmaps, prioritize investments, lead AI/automation/analytics and digital transformation initiatives, manage governance and value realization, and drive customer experience and operational scalability.
