Develop and optimize 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using PTC Creo. Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and support roles, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, compensation discussions, talent pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, job description optimization, and compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Develop Creo customization and CAD automation solutions using Creo APIs and programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, and Python. Integrate Creo with Windchill, PLM, and enterprise systems; automate modeling, drawings, validation, and engineering workflows. Support customer requirements analysis, technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, presales, proposals, documentation, and effort estimation while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

Supports business development through office and field sales exposure, customer interactions, product demonstrations, lead generation, follow-ups, client relationship building, CRM maintenance, and coordination with sales and technical teams. The role includes accompanying sales executives, visiting customer locations, and attending client meetings as needed.

Drive international B2B sales and business growth for the S1K-S1000D Suite across Europe and global markets. Responsibilities include developing enterprise opportunities, collaborating with PTC ecosystem partners, conducting customer discussions, product demonstrations, and business presentations, building strategic relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting deal closures.
