Provide first-line email and chat support to academics and students across the UK and Americas. Resolve how-to questions, reproduce and document technical issues, escalate effectively, follow up through resolution, and improve help articles and support templates. The role requires clear written communication, calm customer service, technical troubleshooting instincts, and experience using helpdesk or shared-inbox tools.

Build and lead Cadmus’s university customer success function, improving UK retention and expansion through evidence-led outcomes. Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing CS team; establish account health frameworks, success planning, and QBR cadences; and maintain executive relationships with senior university leaders. Partner closely with the CRO on strategic accounts, bringing institutional fluency, commercial rigor, and a long-term focus on teaching and learning outcomes.

Work with academics to redesign assessment and support software adoption: run workshops, consult on assessment design, lead pilots and enterprise rollouts, build measurable evidence of improved student outcomes, and act as a trusted pedagogical advisor feeding field insights back to product and learning teams.

Lead Cadmus's events, content, and community to build brand awareness and pipeline. Run conferences, roundtables, and webinars; produce high-quality written content; grow social and digital community; and measure marketing impact tied to reach, engagement, and pipeline.

The Senior Product Designer will elevate the Cadmus platform's visual aesthetics, enhance user experiences, and ensure seamless collaboration with engineers on design execution.
