Senior, hands-on product marketing leader who will build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS. Owns competitive intelligence, improves sales effectiveness, and establishes the product marketing function while working closely with CRO, Co-CEOs, and product. Responsible for positioning across markets (including US expansion) and building a small team as Cadmus scales.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead product architecture, enhance team velocity, and create scalable systems using Elixir and React. You'll prioritize user experience and contribute substantively to the product roadmap by utilizing customer feedback.
