Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit, convert client drawings into detailed 3D models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and support project documentation and deliverables.

Assist with developing architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models in Revit; prepare drawings, sheets, schedules, and project documentation; support clash detection and BIM coordination; update models for design revisions; follow project BIM standards; and coordinate with senior modelers and project teams to deliver accurate, timely work.

Develop and maintain architectural BIM models, convert 2D CAD drawings into 3D models, and prepare construction documentation. Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams to identify and resolve clashes. Ensure models meet client requirements, BIM standards, and quality expectations. Update models based on design changes and feedback, participate in coordination meetings, resolve technical issues, and maintain organized project documentation while meeting deadlines.

Research potential clients, identify market opportunities, generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn, support sales presentations and proposals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams. The role requires strong communication, basic sales knowledge, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and availability for night shifts.

Create and maintain accurate BIM models, coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants, perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards while supporting model revisions, quality assurance, and process improvements.
