Supports recruitment and talent acquisition from candidate sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities include screening, interview coordination, candidate database and job posting management, HR documentation, attendance tracking, employee coordination, onboarding support, and engagement activities. The role also assists with day-to-day HR operations and internal initiatives while coordinating HR requirements across departments.

Develop and update MEP BIM models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs; perform clash detection; maintain BIM standards, templates, and documentation; and incorporate design revisions and site changes. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and site teams while supporting LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.

Research potential clients, identify market opportunities, generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn, support sales presentations and proposals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams. The role requires strong communication, basic sales knowledge, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and availability for night shifts.
