Provide contract, administrative, and program support for the TARS Program: manage contract documents and deliverables, ensure compliance with government flow-downs, maintain payroll/time and charge codes, support HR and Finance (invoicing, AMEX reconciliation), coordinate travel and meetings, maintain records, assist with UnaNet time/expense entry, and support program meetings and reporting.

Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations including cloud (M365 GCC High/Azure Government), hybrid identity, endpoints, network, backups/DR, vendor/MSP management, and CMMC Level 2 / NIST SP 800-171 compliance; manage staff, incident response, risk register, audits, and report posture to executive leadership.
