Tracks technical deliverables involving APIs, cloud and data platforms, AI systems, and enterprise integrations using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Supports international tax relief-at-source and reclaim operations for ADR and ordinary securities. Reviews client eligibility and tax documentation, tracks market deadlines and reclaim cases, coordinates with clients, custodians, tax authorities, and internal teams, resolves documentation gaps and rejected claims, maintains audit-ready records, and escalates time-sensitive issues while supporting accurate and timely tax servicing.

Build and scale AI platforms, including autonomous multi-agent systems and cognitive architectures. Develop asynchronous Python microservices and REST/gRPC APIs, establish AIOps and MLOps CI/CD pipelines, automate AI model testing and monitoring, and architect scalable data pipelines across Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse environments.
