The Data Ops Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of IT Support Specialists. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk, ensure efficient ticket handling and resolution, and monitor support metrics. Additionally, they provide expert-level technical support, diagnose complex hardware and network problems, and administer network devices. The Data Ops Manager also implements and enforces security measures, maintains Active Directory services, and participates in software updates and patches.
