Own and close the company’s largest, most complex public-sector enterprise deals. Prospect and grow territory, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, manage forecasting and pipeline, expand revenue within major accounts, and mentor Account Executives by providing strategic deal support and operational leadership.

Lead integrated brand communications, public awareness campaigns, and customer launch communications. Oversee field marketing, PR, events, and external agencies. Requires frequent relationship-building with municipal and school leaders and up to 50% travel.

Provide day-to-day commercial contracting and operational legal support for public‑sector and commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, assist with procurement/RFP matters, manage contract administration and renewals, identify and escalate legal risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient contract execution and compliance.

Lead government relations in the Western U.S. to drive adoption of AI-powered school bus safety solutions. Build relationships with municipal and state officials, school leaders, and law enforcement; advocate for legislative and regulatory changes; run grassroots campaigns; monitor policy developments; represent the company at hearings and events; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, collaborating with teams to implement scalable and complex solutions while ensuring performance and reliability.

Lead product marketing across BusPatrol's portfolio—develop positioning, go-to-market and commercialization plans, drive launches, enable sales, maintain competitive intelligence, gather market/customer insights, and align cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate adoption and growth.

Lead decomposition of a monolith into microservices, design and implement backend and frontend features, build secure high-performance APIs and event-driven services, collaborate cross-functionally, champion CI/CD and testing, and contribute to cloud-native AWS serverless architecture and platform strategy.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform guardrails. Improve delivery reliability, security gates, developer self-service, and AI-enabled SDLC practices while partnering with engineering, security, and MLOps teams.

Lead BusPatrol’s multi-state public policy and government relations strategy. Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to transition from monolithic to microservices architecture, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products while fostering innovation and accountability.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production IT automations across Azure and Power Platform. Implement TypeScript/Node.js, PowerShell, Python solutions (Function Apps, runbooks, Power Automate, Playwright). Integrate with Freshservice, Jira, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and business systems. Monitor, test, and maintain observability, CI/CD, and standards to replace manual IT service workflows and improve operational quality.

Provide high-level administrative support to 3-5 senior executives including C-suite: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare meetings and materials, reconcile expenses, handle confidential communications, plan events and offsites, and partner cross-functionally to improve executive operations and processes.
