Travel may reach 40%.

Develop and deploy deep learning and computer vision models on IoT and edge platforms. Optimize models through quantization, pruning, conversion, and hardware-aware techniques for real-time, power-efficient inference. Build fault-tolerant video pipelines using embedded AI accelerators, collaborate with researchers, and support cloud-to-edge architecture for vehicle-mounted public safety applications.

Build and operate AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security controls, and developer self-service tooling. Enable secure, repeatable production MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, rollback, and operational readiness. Improve platform reliability, automation, policy enforcement, and engineering workflows while supporting incident response, modernization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads revenue operations for complex public-sector sales, owning forecasting, pipeline discipline, CRM and sales technology, dashboards, territory and quota planning, compensation, capacity modeling, enablement, and executive revenue reporting. Partners cross-functionally to improve conversion, deal velocity, pricing discipline, coverage, compliance, and sales execution across multi-stakeholder government buying processes.

Reviews high volumes of online video events to determine whether vehicles illegally pass stopped school buses. The role requires accurate, timely decisions, interpretation of jurisdiction-specific laws, achievement of review quotas, video content proficiency, and collaboration with team leads. Reviewers must work remotely from the Eastern Time Zone, maintain required equipment and internet connectivity, attend check-ins and training, and complete at least 20 hours weekly, although workload is not guaranteed.

Leads full-cycle recruiting and regional People Operations for BusPatrol’s India organization. Responsibilities include technical talent acquisition, hiring strategy, sourcing, interview and offer management, recruiting analytics, process improvement, agency and vendor management, onboarding, compliance support, and establishment of a new Hyderabad office. Partners with global People, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams to support India workforce expansion.

Supports India People Operations and workplace activities, including office management, employee lifecycle processes, new hire readiness, onboarding, equipment and access coordination, People data, documentation, reporting, employee communications, and vendor coordination. Partners with IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and global teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, improve processes, and deliver a reliable employee experience.

Designs and operates security controls for AWS multi-account environments, including IAM, networking, encryption, secrets, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, policy-as-code, vulnerability management, telemetry, and incident response. Partners with engineering, DevOps, architecture, MLOps, IT, GRC, and audit teams to create secure platform patterns, golden paths, guardrails, documentation, and compliance evidence. Mentors engineers and improves cloud security without slowing delivery.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, executive reporting, KPI development, financial modeling, and performance management. Partner with senior leaders across functions to evaluate investments, pricing, capacity, cost structure, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives. Build sophisticated Excel-based models, improve FP&A processes and systems, present insights to executives and the Board, and mentor finance talent while supporting scalable growth.

Lead BusPatrol’s multi-state public policy and government relations strategy. Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform guardrails. Improve delivery reliability, security gates, developer self-service, and AI-enabled SDLC practices while partnering with engineering, security, and MLOps teams.

Lead government relations in the Western U.S. to drive adoption of AI-powered school bus safety solutions. Build relationships with municipal and state officials, school leaders, and law enforcement; advocate for legislative and regulatory changes; run grassroots campaigns; monitor policy developments; represent the company at hearings and events; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.

Lead decomposition of a monolith into microservices, design and implement backend and frontend features, build secure high-performance APIs and event-driven services, collaborate cross-functionally, champion CI/CD and testing, and contribute to cloud-native AWS serverless architecture and platform strategy.
