Drive new and expansion sales for BusPatrol across a four-state territory. Build territory plans, prospect and qualify targets, manage procurement and RFP processes with government and school district buyers, conduct onsite client visits, close long-term contracts, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and represent the company at events. Requires frequent relationship-building with municipal and school leaders and up to 50% travel.

Build and lead a sales enablement function to directly support Account Executives: design onboarding and continuous training, create sales plays and collateral with cross-functional teams, drive methodology adoption, leverage CRM and pipeline analytics to improve win rates, and track enablement ROI.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, collaborating with teams to implement scalable and complex solutions while ensuring performance and reliability.

Lead top-of-funnel discovery for new strategic opportunities: intake, triage, qualification, business-case development, discovery sprints, and early incubation. Produce executive memos, drive rapid go/no-go decisions, scope pilots, and hand off viable initiatives to product teams while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, GovOps, Legal, and Growth.
