Leads sales enablement and RFP operations for a complex B2G commercial organization. Builds training, methodology, content governance, deal desk, competitive intelligence, workflows, quality controls, and cross-functional GTM alignment. Uses Salesforce, commercial performance data, and responsible AI to improve seller readiness, pipeline execution, RFP quality, forecasting, productivity, and handoffs through delivery.

Processes and posts payments, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, returned checks, wire transfers, and banking deposits. Performs daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations across checks, money orders, credit cards, partner revenue, and system reports. Supports call center finance inquiries, opens and codes mail, performs data entry, and maintains accurate accounting records using Excel and related systems.

Lead BusPatrol’s multi-state public policy and government relations strategy. Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.
