Lead BusPatrol’s multi-state public policy and government relations strategy. Design and execute legislative enablement and defense, manage internal GR team and external lobbyists/counsel, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, support market expansion and partner capacity-building, testify and present publicly, and integrate technology policy for automated enforcement and traffic-safety initiatives.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform guardrails. Improve delivery reliability, security gates, developer self-service, and AI-enabled SDLC practices while partnering with engineering, security, and MLOps teams.

Leads revenue operations for complex public-sector sales, owning forecasting, pipeline discipline, CRM and sales technology, dashboards, territory and quota planning, compensation, capacity modeling, enablement, and executive revenue reporting. Partners cross-functionally to improve conversion, deal velocity, pricing discipline, coverage, compliance, and sales execution across multi-stakeholder government buying processes.
