Coordinate proposal development and production: manage SharePoint collaboration sites, assign authors, integrate win strategy, oversee presentations and revisions, ensure final deliverable quality, and support production and lessons-learned.

Create and maintain documentation methodology, systems and user documentation, and online help. Translate business specifications into user-facing documentation. Plan, write, and maintain consistent technical documentation to support programming and system operations.

Serve as a Privacy SME/Analyst drafting and analyzing compliance documentation (PIA, PTA, SDA), implementing privacy program activities, advising on government privacy processes, leading teams (SME), redesigning processes, measuring performance, managing risk, and supporting privacy and security operations.

Lead and coordinate proposal development for government and commercial bids: manage schedules, organize subject-matter experts, ensure compliance with RFP requirements, produce proposal deliverables, and support capture and review processes.

Implement and maintain CI/CD and configuration management using Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible.
