Provide contract legal services to small and mid-sized business clients including entity formation, organizational documents, operating agreements, shareholder/partnership agreements, buy-sell and ownership transfer agreements, corporate governance, compliance, and virtual client consultations. Collaborate with CPA advisors, tax planners, and CFMs to align legal recommendations with accounting and tax strategies.

Generate qualified appointments through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing: research prospects, conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, text), qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, maintain Zoho CRM records, and track performance against KPIs.
