Contractor will analyze Zoho and Xero environments, design and implement integrations and automations (using APIs, webhooks, Deluge, or middleware), perform end-to-end testing, document configurations and SOPs, and train clients. Deliverables include mapping plans, QA reports, documentation, and training materials.

Lead and review client accounting and U.S. tax engagements, mentor and train junior staff, manage multiple client projects, perform tax planning and resolution, and ensure accurate financial statements and reconciliations.

Remote SDR responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying small-business leads, and scheduling discovery meetings for sales team. Uses cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and text to nurture prospects, maintain Zoho CRM records, coordinate calendars, and report activity metrics to support pipeline growth.
