Manage daily driver dispatch, rotas, vehicle allocation, compliance, KPIs, warehouse and client operations across the Glasgow region. Support drivers with communication and on-road problem-solving, assist with health and safety and training, and report activity to the Operations Leader. The role requires an organized, reliable, hands-on individual with logistics or delivery operations experience, a full UK driving licence, and comfort working on a self-employed basis.

Lead day-to-day depot operations, managing warehouse activities, driver performance, route coverage and dispatch. Ensure health and safety compliance, monitor performance and attendance, recruit and onboard staff, produce daily operational reports, and provide hands-on leadership and briefings in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
