Supports daily same-day delivery operations by managing drivers, route allocation, schedules, attendance, KPIs, delivery issues, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and performance management. The role coordinates with clients, depot teams, and internal stakeholders, resolves operational problems, implements improvements, and provides cover for the Operations Manager.

Manage daily driver dispatch, rotas, vehicle allocation, compliance, KPIs, warehouse and client operations across the Glasgow region. Support drivers with communication and on-road problem-solving, assist with health and safety and training, and report activity to the Operations Leader. The role requires an organized, reliable, hands-on individual with logistics or delivery operations experience, a full UK driving licence, and comfort working on a self-employed basis.
