Support People team on project-based HR work: improve processes, build project plans, research and analyze data, maintain documentation, and run initiatives across contracting, learning, culture, and compensation.

Support venture teams with research, audience and competitor analysis, design and run growth experiments, set up and optimize paid campaigns, run A/B tests and landing page/creative experiments, measure performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Support Marketing and Venture teams by designing visuals for campaigns and social media, developing brand concepts and prototypes, creating user-centered interfaces, and producing keynotes and content to strengthen brand identity.

Design and prototype early-stage venture concepts, craft brand identities and visuals, build rapid prototypes and landing pages, support pitches and social campaigns, test with users, present to clients, and take full design ownership within a venture-building team.

Support the Marketing team by researching industry trends, creating digital content (articles, posts, videos, infographics), adapting messaging across platforms, pitching ideas, and collaborating with designers to execute content strategy.

Support early-stage venture development by conducting market and user research, designing and prototyping concepts, mapping user journeys, running customer interviews, and assisting growth and digital marketing efforts.
