We’re looking for a designer who loves bringing early-stage ideas to life — fast.
As our Venture Designer, you’ll shape concepts, craft prototypes, build brands, and create the early magic that helps new ventures take off. You’ll work closely with Venture Architects, clients, and users to turn bold ideas into real, testable, beautiful experiences.

Concept & Venture Creation

• Ideate and develop venture concepts with our Venture Architects.

• Shape early-stage brand identities and visual styles.

• Build rapid prototypes and landing pages to bring concepts to life.

Storytelling, Pitches & Creative Assets

• Enhance storylines for pitch decks, keynotes, and presentations.

• Create effective social media campaigns and creative initiatives.

• Support the creation of design articles for 10,000+ industry experts.

Testing, Feedback & Client Collaboration

• Test prototypes with real users using service design methodologies.

• Present concepts in client meetings and gather feedback.

• Support and evolve our internal design methodology.

Team & Ownership

• Join the Design Chapter — a team of 5 talented designers and prototypers.

• Take full design ownership within one of our venture-building hubs.

• 2–5 years as a Product, UX/UI, Service, or Innovation Designer.

• Conceptual thinker with a strong instinct for product design.

• Passionate about crisp interfaces, strong visuals, and great craft.

• Fast and hands-on with a rapid-prototyping mindset.

• Obsessed with innovation, trends, and new design tools.

• A great communicator and true team player.

• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Familiar with startup methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Growth Hacking).

• Fluent in English and based anywhere on planet Earth 🌍 (Europe = bonus).

• Portfolio required — we want to see how you work your magic.

• Figma (because Figma is life).

• Figma plugins (biscuits for the soul).

• Keynote & PowerPoint.

• Webflow (big plus).

• Bubble (nice to have).

• No-code tools like Zapier, Shopify, Glide.
