Leads advocacy and participation in Washington’s residential building and energy code processes. Develops housing research, datasets, and reports; supports coalition and grassroots engagement; provides code guidance to members; presents findings to policymakers and the public; and assists with regulatory, legislative, committee, and public relations initiatives.

Provide in-house legal counsel focusing on land use, employment, construction, corporate, and administrative law. Conduct research, draft briefs, litigate, prepare amicus briefs, advise members, review rules and legislation, draft bill language, present CLEs, staff committees, and support government affairs and member education.
