Lead Buildertrend's end-to-end payments risk and operations: merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks, and portfolio management. Build AI-assisted fraud prevention, scale automation, embed risk controls with Product and Engineering, develop analytics and governance, and grow a high-performing team to balance risk and business growth.

Sell Buildertrend's construction management SaaS to high-value prospects: build pipeline, run tailored demos, close complex deals, align with sales leadership, and meet revenue goals while using AI tools to improve effectiveness.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches. Align product, sales, marketing, and customer success; craft messaging and positioning; build sales enablement; drive feature adoption with content and campaigns; act as product subject matter expert (including AI capabilities); and develop thought leadership and competitive content.

Build and lead the internal AI platform: design reusable AI services, agentic systems, and orchestration; integrate Salesforce, Gong, Databricks and vector DBs; set engineering standards, monitoring, governance, and deployment practices; translate business needs into production AI solutions and present technical recommendations to senior leadership.
