Partner with product, sales, customer success and marketing to build repeatable frameworks, analytics, and governance that drive expansion, adoption and executive reporting for new (including AI-enabled) offerings.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of national and regional events. Manage logistics (venues, catering, travel, materials), maintain timelines and task lists, assist with tools like Cvent and Wrike, draft communications, provide on-site support, collect feedback, track attendance, and build event recaps with recommendations.

Lead Buildertrend's end-to-end payments risk and operations: merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks, and portfolio management. Build AI-assisted fraud prevention, scale automation, embed risk controls with Product and Engineering, develop analytics and governance, and grow a high-performing team to balance risk and business growth.
