Build, test, maintain, and ship software features for Buildertrend’s construction management platform. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA; participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies; troubleshoot issues with mentorship; and use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude. The internship is full-time and onsite in Omaha during the summer, with opportunities to gain practical software engineering experience.

Leads and develops software engineering teams, builds high-performing delivery practices, champions Agile methods, and drives quality, innovation, and sustainable processes. Partners with Product, Design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused software. Uses AI tools for code reviews and test generation while ensuring output quality. Requires strong software engineering and people-management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Creates and adapts digital advertising, web, and email assets across multiple platforms and specifications. Maintains brand consistency, optimizes files for trafficking, supports mockups and prototypes, performs basic accessibility checks, and develops creative variations for A/B testing. The role collaborates with designers, marketers, and performance teams, maintains reusable templates, incorporates feedback, and uses design and AI tools to deliver accurate campaign assets on schedule.
