Provide Tier 3 customer support and quality assurance for voice, video, and data services; monitor network performance; troubleshoot and maintain customer experience platforms and hosted services; perform root cause analysis, documentation, escalation, and process improvements; support provisioning, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction.

Supports live sports and other productions by operating graphics, audio, video, and mobile production equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and dismantling production units, conducting equipment checks, delivering media, completing paperwork, driving as needed, and following safety and company policies. The role works independently and collaboratively at event locations, requires availability three days weekly including evenings and weekends, and involves significant physical activity and lifting.

Monitor and maintain data, voice, and video networks and related services; respond to alarms and incidents, perform troubleshooting, escalate when needed, manage SLAs, document outages and processes, execute firmware/software upgrades, and produce routine activity reports.

Assist in producing local sports broadcast, studio and digital content: live event setup/crew, videography, editing, graphics, social media, stats, and promotional support. Work under supervision, complete assigned internship hours, travel to production sites, and handle equipment safely.

Sell multi-platform advertising (cable, OTT, digital, billboard, social) to local small/medium businesses. Prospect new clients, prepare proposals and media kits, manage CRM and paperwork, meet monthly revenue and activity goals, perform collections, deliver proofs, and maintain client relationships through calls and in-person visits.

Operate and maintain audio, video, and graphics equipment for mobile and onsite TV productions. Set up/strike mobile production units, perform equipment checks, deliver media, complete paperwork, drive as needed, and follow company policies, safety, and confidentiality. Support production team under event director supervision.

Provide accurate billing and product information, resolve customer issues on first call, perform suggestive selling to retain and upsell customers, schedule/reschedule field appointments, complete data entry and final notice calls, participate in trainings, and follow company policies including confidentiality and attendance.
