Manages the IP Network Services team, including network projects, operational events, outages, staffing, vendor coordination, budgets, and technical development. Oversees project schedules, resources, KPIs, stakeholder communications, escalations, and compliance. Provides technical leadership for service provider network architecture, routing, switching, security, access technologies, automation, and carrier-grade equipment. Participates in on-call management and supports capital planning, employee development, and executive escalations.

Provides Tier 3 technical support, customer service quality assurance, network performance monitoring, and troubleshooting for cable, internet, phone, and hosted platform services. Manages CRM, helpdesk, live chat, and related customer experience systems; supports integrations, upgrades, user issues, and process improvements. Conducts root cause analysis, data analysis, documentation, escalations, and quality reporting while assisting with advanced equipment and network configuration.

Prospects local advertisers and sells multi-platform advertising across cable, OTT, digital, billboard, and social media channels. Develops client relationships, presents advertising solutions, prepares promotional plans and contracts, manages account correspondence, maintains CRM records, supports collections, and meets monthly sales and revenue goals. The role requires outside sales, client visits, reporting, driving, and occasional weekend flexibility.
