Monitors and maintains data, voice, and video networks and related IT services in a network operations center. Responds to alarms, outages, and performance alerts; troubleshoots issues, escalates complex incidents, manages SLAs, performs maintenance and upgrades, documents root causes, and produces operational reports. The role also provides first-level technical support, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and identifies trends and process improvements to support reliable network operations.

Services residential customers by resolving billing and account questions, explaining products, recommending technology packages, upgrading services, and retaining customers through suggestive selling. Handles appointment verification and rescheduling, first-call resolution, account data entry, confidentiality, and customer correspondence. Meets sales and accuracy goals, participates in training, and collaborates with Customer Operations teams while following company policies and procedures.

Supports live sports and other productions by setting up and striking mobile production units, operating graphics, audio, and video equipment, conducting equipment checks, delivering media, completing paperwork, and driving as needed. Works independently and collaboratively at event locations, follows safety and company policies, and maintains equipment professionally. The contingent role is less than 20 hours per week and requires availability at least three days weekly, including Fridays and Saturdays.
