Collaborates across marketing, food and beverage, retail, mountain operations, guest services, facilities, and administration to drive visitation, revenue, and guest engagement.

Staff operate a mid-mountain refreshment venue, handling cash and POS transactions, stocking and preparing food and beverages, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires independent multitasking, positive guest service, ski or snowboard ability, weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 60 pounds. No formal experience is required; training is provided.

Expedites food from the kitchen to guest tables, verifies order accuracy, supports table clearing, provides customer service, follows sanitation and alcohol-control policies, completes opening and closing duties, and maintains restaurant cleanliness. Requires standing for 8+ hours, lifting up to 30 pounds, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and reliable transportation.

Guide ski and snowboard groups through backcountry terrain while evaluating snow, weather, and route conditions. Ensure guest safety, provide instruction and briefings, respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and perform rescues when needed. Maintain gear, educate guests about local ecology, deliver excellent customer service, coordinate with staff, and follow company policies and industry safety standards.

Seasonal snack shack server responsible for cash handling and POS transactions, food and beverage preparation and service, stocking, cleaning, lifting up to 60 lbs, and delivering a positive guest experience. Weekend, holiday, and event availability required. Serve Safe certification recommended; no prior experience required and training provided.

Processes lift ticket sales, recommends mountain products, completes closing reports, follows policies, resolves issues, and supports a positive guest experience. Uses the Entabeni Point-of-Sale system while sharing information about mountain services and activities. Enforces health and safety policies and requires weekend and holiday availability in a high-alpine environment.

Serve as primary guest contact for Mountain Sports School: manage reservations and sales, create guest profiles in Entabeni, run reports, send pre-arrival communications, enforce policies, liaise with departments, and assist Guest Services.

Manage and supervise front-of-house F&B outlets, ensure service and food quality, assist with menu development, hiring, scheduling, labor management, training, safety and regulatory compliance, operate POS and HRIS systems, and maintain communication with management, staff, vendors and guests.

Supervise and lead the Terrain Park Day Crew to inspect, maintain, and prepare park features daily. Oversee safety, train crew members, perform inspections and repairs, coordinate with grooming, Ski Patrol, and other departments, assist with builds and events, maintain tools and records, and support incident response.

Lead half- and full-day guided snowmobile tours for up to eight guests, provide safety briefings and orientation, assess rider skill, adapt routes, monitor weather/trails, assist with rentals and basic maintenance, teach local geography and stewardship, and respond to emergencies in remote terrain.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO, GM, and senior leadership. Manage complex calendars, travel, executive communications, meetings with ownership stakeholders, and maintain secure digital filing and Microsoft 365 collaboration systems. Ensure confidentiality, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and prepare professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
