Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO, GM, and senior leadership. Manage complex calendars, travel, executive communications, meetings with ownership stakeholders, and maintain secure digital filing and Microsoft 365 collaboration systems. Ensure confidentiality, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and prepare professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Provide emergency medical care, mountain rescue, hazard mitigation, and guest safety while operating in high-alpine conditions. Respond to medical emergencies, perform patient transport, maintain rescue equipment, participate in avalanche mitigation and lift evacuations, and support daily resort operations and training.

Serve as second-in-command for Brundage Mountain Patrol, leading daily patrol operations, supervising Hill Captains and staff, directing emergency responses (EMS, SAR, avalanche mitigation), supporting EMS licensure and PCR quality assurance, conducting incident investigations, overseeing hiring and training, and ensuring regulatory compliance across winter and summer operations.
