Lead half- and full-day guided snowmobile tours for up to eight guests, provide safety briefings and orientation, assess rider skill, adapt routes, monitor weather/trails, assist with rentals and basic maintenance, teach local geography and stewardship, and respond to emergencies in remote terrain.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO, GM, and senior leadership. Manage complex calendars, travel, executive communications, meetings with ownership stakeholders, and maintain secure digital filing and Microsoft 365 collaboration systems. Ensure confidentiality, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and prepare professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Serve as second-in-command for Brundage Mountain Patrol, leading daily patrol operations, supervising Hill Captains and staff, directing emergency responses (EMS, SAR, avalanche mitigation), supporting EMS licensure and PCR quality assurance, conducting incident investigations, overseeing hiring and training, and ensuring regulatory compliance across winter and summer operations.

Seasonal snack shack server responsible for cash handling and POS transactions, food and beverage preparation and service, stocking, cleaning, lifting up to 60 lbs, and delivering a positive guest experience. Weekend, holiday, and event availability required. Serve Safe certification recommended; no prior experience required and training provided.
