Assist project managers on small to mid-sized commercial and industrial construction projects: prepare submittals, perform site visits, complete daily reports, verify field conditions, support quality control and safety observations, collect change order information, maintain redline and as-built documents. Familiarity with scheduling (MS Project), Bluebeam, CAD or SketchUp is a plus. Must work well in teams and independently.

Install, remove, and repair insulation on mechanical systems (pipes, ductwork, tanks, heat exchangers). Read blueprints, measure and cut materials, fit and seal insulation, install protective sheet metal, follow hazardous waste and asbestos safety procedures, maintain tools and records, and comply with project safety rules. Perform general construction site support under Site Manager supervision: clean and prepare sites, operate hand and power tools, handle hazardous/non-hazardous materials, perform firewatch duties, operate haul/water trucks as needed, and follow safety and decontamination procedures.
