Manage multiple small-to-medium renovation and upgrade construction projects from concept to closeout. Develop scopes, produce line-item estimates, prepare subcontractor bid packages, schedule work, supervise subcontractors, coordinate site visits, negotiate with clients, and ensure project closeout documentation is delivered.

Respond to fires and medical emergencies, provide EMT-level care and patient transport, operate and maintain fire apparatus and medical equipment, perform rescues and use extrication tools, participate in inspections, training, and safety programs, and perform physically demanding, hazardous duties on a 24-hour shift rotation.

Assemble, inspect, repair and install boilers, tanks and pressure vessels per blueprints. Perform flame cutting, welding, rigging, tube work, pressure testing, and maintenance while following safety and project rules and providing crew leadership.

Direct and coordinate crews to raise, place, align, bolt, and weld structural steel members using hoisting equipment and basic rigging. Read steel drawings, guide pieces into position, perform minor cutting/welding, load/unload materials, maintain tools, and enforce safety and project rules.

Manage tool room operations: issue and receive tools and welding wire, repair tools, order consumables, maintain distribution logs and inventory, load/unload and stock materials, fulfill requisitions, record transactions, maintain housekeeping and follow safety and hazardous waste guidelines.

Prepares complete estimates and project plans by reviewing specifications, drawings, and historical data. Calculates worker-hours, materials, and takeoffs, maintains estimate documentation, sets up work sites, follows hazardous waste and safety procedures, and performs site housekeeping and physical tasks as required.

Lead daily operations for individual construction projects ($200K–$3M+), overseeing superintendents, subcontractors, estimators, and reporting. Manage project setup, subcontracting strategy, shop drawings, contract changes, client/architect/engineer relations, and project profit/loss.

Lead boilermaker responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing boilers, tanks and pressure vessels. Provides crew leadership, reads blueprints, performs welding, flame cutting, rigging, tube fitting/expanding, and enforces safety. Performs field repairs, installs auxiliaries, and conducts pressure tests.

Operate plant packing equipment safely and efficiently; assist to meet production goals; move and set up materials and equipment; follow hazardous waste and safety guidelines; complete records, maintain tools, and perform housekeeping; read instructions and communicate with supervision; perform other assigned duties.

Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair analytical instrumentation (GCs, pH, oxygen, moisture, emissions, spectrometers) in industrial plants. Perform preventive maintenance, validate calibrations, maintain records, support startups/shutdowns, interpret P&IDs, configure analyzer software/communications, follow safety/LOTO, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.

Inspect, accept or reject work to ensure compliance with codes and specifications. Perform audits, maintain records, tools, and housekeeping. Follow company QC program, safety rules and use required PPE. May perform additional duties as needed.

Assemble, inspect, repair and maintain boilers, tanks, pressure vessels and auxiliaries per blueprints. Perform welding, flame-cutting, rigging, tube work, bolt/fasten components, test for leaks, perform minor maintenance, and follow safety and project procedures.

Manage all shipping and transportation activities across bulk, export, packaged, rail, and waste; monitor and manage open orders, deliveries and shipments; schedule carriers and coordinate warehouse personnel; verify inbound receipts and process ASNs in SAP; perform COA verifications for raw materials; maintain all required shipping documentation and files.

Supervise field piping construction activities and subcontractors, manage scheduling, materials, budget performance, and site operations. Resolve contract disputes and direct staff to meet project timelines and objectives.

Lead boilermaker who assembles, inspects, repairs and fabricates boilers, tanks and pressure vessels using measuring tools, rigging/crane signaling, flame cutting, arc welding, tube expansion and fitting. Provides instruction and guidance to crew, assists foreman, tests assemblies for leaks, performs maintenance and ensures safety compliance.

Cut, size, adhere, and label insulation and metal shielding using band saws and abrasive wheels. Read prints, load finished pieces, retrieve supplies with forklift, perform basic maintenance, follow safety procedures, and keep work area clean.

As a Journeyman Boilermaker Lead, you will measure, align, assemble, bolt and weld boiler components, perform flame cutting and tube work, rig and signal cranes, test vessels for leaks, repair field boilers and perform minor maintenance while following safety and project rules.

Conduct on-site safety observations and audits, ensure regulatory compliance, evaluate hazards, support contractor safety training, analyze incident data to recommend corrective actions, participate in safety walks, and provide safety advice and documentation tracking for continuous improvement.

Install, calibrate, operate, and maintain electronic instrumentation and electromechanical test apparatus for environmental and operational testing. Build/modify fixtures, run test cycles (vibration, temperature, humidity, pressure, altitude, acceleration), analyze and convert test data, prepare graphs/reports, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance. May plan tests and use computerized equipment/software.

Assist journeyman by loading, transporting, and securing materials; perform basic installation support, tool maintenance, cleaning, and routine tasks. Follow directions, work under supervision, complete physical tasks (lifting, climbing, stooping) and receive on-the-job training.
