Constructs, positions, and dismantles wooden structures and scaffolding per blueprints and standards. Measures, cuts, assembles, and secures forms and scaffolds; loads and transports materials; performs minor tool and equipment maintenance; inspects sites for obstructions and ensures compliance with safety and project rules.

Operates power-driven earthmoving and lifting equipment (backhoe, bulldozer, crane, loader, grader, dump truck). Sets up and adjusts machinery per guidelines, moves materials, follows hand signals, performs routine maintenance and inspections, assists with lifting/positioning, and complies with safety and project rules.

Inspect work for compliance with codes and specifications, perform audits, maintain records and tools, follow safety/project rules, and complete housekeeping. Apply shop math, read plans, make measurements and decisions based on measurable criteria.

Coordinate kitting and stores/crib activities: pull stock tickets, verify and sort materials by work order, update kit status in SAP, communicate with planners/vendors, run and stage kits using warehouse equipment, return unused material to stock, and perform stores crib attendant tasks including receiving, counting, staging, and shipping support.

Manage site shipping and receiving operations to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective movement of goods. Schedule and prepare loading/unloading for domestic and export shipments (packaged, bulk, rail, waste) and coordinate on-site material movements. Maintain daily communication with on- and off-site personnel.

Manage multiple small-to-mid commercial/industrial renovation projects from concept to closeout. Develop scopes, perform takeoffs, prepare fixed-price estimates, lead subcontractor bids and on-site coordination, maintain schedules, manage submittals/RFIs, ensure close-out documentation, and communicate with clients to meet timelines and contract requirements.

Assists journeyman pipefitters with laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing and maintaining piping systems, supports and HVAC/refrigeration components; cuts, threads, bends and secures pipe; tests for leaks; welds supports; moves materials; performs minor maintenance, cleaning, and observes safety and project rules.

Lead boilermaker who assembles, inspects, repairs and fits boilers, tanks and pressure vessels. Provides crew leadership, uses welding, flame-cutting, rigging, tube expansion, and blueprint interpretation. Performs field repairs, testing, and enforces safety rules.

Lead scaffold crew members to build, position, secure, and dismantle scaffolding, forms, and temporary structures per blueprints and safety standards. Inspect sites, select materials, measure and cut lumber, operate hand and power tools, rig materials, and enforce safety. Perform physical lifting and maintenance tasks and assist the foreman as a journeyman-level lead.

Provide high-level administrative and financial support to the Project General Manager and project team: issue subcontracts/POs, manage subcontractor agreements, oversee AP/AR, perform financial analysis, enter contracts into JDE and PMIS, process invoices, review certified payroll and contract compliance, prepare project tracking reports, guide junior admins, and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Lead journeyman who assembles, inspects, repairs, and fabricates boilers, tanks, pressure vessels and related components using welding, flame cutting, rigging, and hand/power tools. Provides crew leadership and guidance, reads blueprints, aligns and fits parts, tests assemblies for leaks, performs field repairs, and follows safety and project procedures.

Assemble, inspect, repair and maintain boilers, tanks and pressure vessels using hand and power tools. Perform cutting, fitting, bolting and welding, rigging and alignment, tube installation/expansion, basic testing, minor maintenance and safety-compliant workmanship in field environments.

Provide administrative support to the business manager: prepare procurement and subcontract documents, process accounts payable/receivable, review master agreements and certified payrolls, enter contracts into JD Edwards and PMIS, prepare spreadsheets, perform occasional driving and light physical tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Install, assemble, repair and test boilers, tanks and related components using measuring tools, rigging, welding, flame-cutting, tube expansion and fittings. Align and bolt or weld structural sections, install manholes/valves, perform leak tests, and perform minor maintenance. Follow safety and project rules and work at heights; perform physical tasks including lifting and sustained standing.

Provide administrative support to HR recruiters and staff including clerical duties, receptionist tasks, data entry, pre-employment processing, new hire onboarding, and scheduling. Work under close supervision to complete defined tasks following standard procedures; knowledge of DISA, HASC scheduling, and drug-screen processes is a plus.

Maintain accurate records of employee hours for a project site, complete and post timesheets, compute wages and adjustments, prepare and close payrolls, deliver paychecks, and produce payroll and maintenance reports while complying with safety and project rules.
