Assist project managers on small to mid-sized commercial and industrial construction projects: prepare submittals, perform site visits, complete daily reports, verify field conditions, support quality control and safety observations, collect change order information, maintain redline and as-built documents. Familiarity with scheduling (MS Project), Bluebeam, CAD or SketchUp is a plus. Must work well in teams and independently.

Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to closeout: develop scopes, produce line-item estimates, prepare subcontractor bid packages, schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct site visits, negotiate with clients, and ensure final documentation and deliverables are submitted.

Manage multiple small-to-mid commercial renovation and upgrade projects through all phases: scope development, quantity takeoffs, line-item estimating, subcontractor selection, scheduling, site coordination, RFIs, submittals, client communication, and project closeout documentation.

Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping systems, supports and related hydraulic/pneumatic equipment. Performs cutting, threading, bending, welding, hanger installation, leak testing, refrigeration/AC work, material handling, and basic machine observation/maintenance while following safety and project rules.
